Comfort Air, Inc is a locally owned Carroll County business established in 1990. Our goal is to provide quality air conditioning and heating services by properly trained and licensed technicians.

Why Us?
• Better Qualified Service Technicians – All our service technicians hold a MD HVAC journeymen or masters license. In addition to the MD licenses we require our technicians to be tested and become NATE certified.
• We Play by the Rules – State of Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, State Board of HVACR Contractors requires a service technician to hold either a MD HVAC Journeyman or Master License to service HVAC equipment. We abide by this law even though it is not well enforced and many of our competitors send apprentices to service HVAC equipment.
